Whether you’re giving your space a second life or building from the ground up, we deliver super-realistic 4K renderings, curated finishes, and elevation drawings, so you can move forward with confidence and ease.
What’s Included
15-Minute Zoom Design Consultation – Share your vision and project needs with us.
Finish Selections – Hardware, fixtures, wall/floor treatments, vanity design, shower design.
Stunning Visuals – Twelve super-realistic 4K 3D renderings of your bathroom + a 20 second super-realistic cinematic video.
2D Layout – A 2D dimensional layout of your bathroom.
2D Elevations — Detailed, dimensioned views of the each wall that you can take to your builder or contractor.
Final Touches – One round of revisions to ensure your design is flawless.
The Process
We take on a limited number of projects each month to ensure a thoughtful, high-touch design experience. We thoughtfully review each submission and will reach out via email if your project aligns with our vision, brand, and goals. Tap here to fill out the Project Design Application.
2) Custom Quote
After reviewing your project application, you’ll receive an email with a custom quote if we feel your project is a good fit.
3) Upon Payment
Following payment submission, utilize the link in your confirmation email to book your initial zoom Consultation Call.
4) During Your Consultation Call
We’ll get to know each other and go over the project details,
5) Design Creation
After our consultation, we’ll begin working on your project configuring the layout, sourcing finishes, curating the design, and rendering in 3D.
6) Delivery of Your Design Plan
Within 3-4 weeks of the consultation, you’ll receive your virtual design plan via email in a beautifully organized PDF, complete with all your deliverables.
7) Revisions (if needed)
Review your design plan and let us know if you’d like any adjustments. We include one final round of revisions to perfect your design.
What We Need
1) Room measurements and photos
-> You will submit room photos on the Project Design Application. We will let you know via email what measurements we will need of your space after approving the project and receiving payment. If you submit construction documents with dimensions, we won’t need room photos.
2) Any floor plans or construction documents in PDF format
-> You will submit this on the Project Design Application as well.
3) Upload your inspiration photos or link your Pinterest board
-> Submitted on the Project Design Application.
What You Should Know
— The 4K Bathroom Experience starts from $1800. Pricing varies depending on size and project needs.
— All payments are non-refundable once work on your project has begun. If no work has started, you may request a refund.
— Your virtual design plan will be delivered via email within three to four weeks of your Zoom consultation call date.
— Please note that all cabinet drawings or design drawings, such as 2D floor plans and 2D elevations, are intended solely for planning purposes. You are responsible for coordinating with your builder or contractor to create a separate, detailed set of drawings for construction. All dimensions and specifications must be field verified prior to placing any cabinetry/design orders (this is the client’s responsibility). The drawings we provide should not be used for final sizing, construction, purchasing, or fabrication. See our full design services agreement here.
