The Process
We take on a limited number of projects each month to ensure a thoughtful, high-touch design experience. We thoughtfully review each submission and will reach out via email if your project aligns with our vision, brand, and goals. Tap here to fill out the Project Design Application.
2) Custom Quote
After reviewing your project application, you’ll receive an email with a custom quote if we feel your project is a good fit.
3) Upon Payment
Following payment submission, utilize the link in your confirmation email to book your initial zoom Consultation Call.
4) During Your Consultation Call
We’ll get to know each other and go over the project details,.
5) Design Creation
After our consultation, we’ll begin working on your project sourcing furnishings, curating the design, organizing the product expense sheet, and finally rendering the project.
6) Delivery of Your Design Plan
Within 3-4 weeks of the consultation, you’ll receive your virtual design plan via email in a beautifully organized PDF, complete with all your deliverables.
7) Revisions (if needed)
Review your design plan and let us know if you’d like any adjustments. We include one final round of revisions to perfect your design.
What We Need
1) Room measurements and photos
-> You will submit room photos on the Project Design Application. We will let you know via email what measurements we will need of your space after approving the project and receiving payment.
2) Any floor plans or construction documents in PDF format
-> You will submit this on the Project Design Application as well.
3) Upload your inspiration photos or link your Pinterest board
-> Submitted on the Project Design Application.
What You Should Know
— The 4K Experience starts from $1600. Pricing varies depending on room size and project needs.
— All payments are non-refundable once work on your project has begun. If no work has started, you may request a refund.
— Your design plan will be delivered via email within three to four weeks of your Zoom consultation call date.
— This design experience includes one final round of revisions to perfect your design.
— You’re in control of the next steps—order and install at your own pace!
— Please note: Pricing is determined per functional space (e.g., dining room, living room, home office). For open-concept layouts, each defined space is charged separately. For example, a combined dining and living area would be priced as two distinct spaces.
